After a summer break, it's time to pop the cork on a new season of serging! Londa has lots of new techniques and projects she is ready to share! Serger Club is a demo event so there is no need to bring your serger. Londa will share her knowledge and creativity to inspire you to work beyond your comfort zone to create beautiful serger projects.  Class fee includes project demonstration and instructions for presented technique.  Make sure to bring your show and tell projects!!

Do you have a serger, but have never taken the time to learn how to use it? This class is for you! Londa will cover the basics that will get you started on yoiur serger journey!  The first class will help you understand and become familar with your machine, threading and a basic stitches.  The second class will put your knowedge to use as you create a small zipper pouch!

Supplies: serger, threading instructions (please make sure serger is threaded prior to class), 4 different colors of serger thread, tweezers and basic sewing supplies.

Join Londa to learn how to make a very simple, a-line, elastic waist skirt on your serger! (Yes, she is teaching the same class on a sewing machine! Feel free to sign up for both!) Londa will share her knowledge of garment sewing and help beginning sewists feel accomplished and inspired! Pattern, fabric requirements and detailed supply list will be available Oct. 1.

Prerequisite: Serger 101, students must be very comfortable with threading and using their serger

Join Londa to learn all about your babylock foot kit. She will walk you through each foot and help your practice a varitey of techniques with each one to see the amazing projects you will be able to create.

Supplies:  Serger, standard babylock foot kit (blind hem, ruffler, 3mm cording, 5mm cording, and elasticator), 4 different colors of thread and a notebook.

Prerequisite: Serger 101
