Holland Pouch
Join Glenda for a Holland Pouch work day! Basic sewing skills are needed to participate. Please have all of your pieces cut and prepared prior to class. This will help ensure that you will leave with a finished pouch. Glenda will guide you through the steps to make this cute travel tote in an "open sew" based class. She will share her knowledge, tips and tricks in making this pouch! Pick your size, buy your pattern and supplies and join us!
Supplies: sewing machine, thread, pins or clips, snips, heat away marking pen, zipper foot and walking foot (helpful, but not necessary) Feel free to pack a tidy snack!

Santa and his Reindeer Pillows
Santa and his reindeer are coming to The Quilt Foundry! Join Sue to learn all the tips and tricks to make these adorable 17" square pillows. Choose one pillow, either Santa or his reindeer to make in class! Purchase the other one to make at home! Class time will focus on piecing the top and learning how to use the Chenille tape...yep...thats right! We are going to use chenille tape for either Santa's beard or Rudolph's sweet face! Soft, fuzzy and a unique accent to add a little extra flair to you holiday pillows!
Supplies:
sewing machine (you must know how to thread and operate your machine) & basic sewing supplies. Fabric and pattern kit extra. Pillow form not included.

Built in the 1840s, the historic Buttergilt Building is home to the Quilt Foundry. Today, the structure retains much of its original appearance and materials, and since the early 1980s has welcomed a variety of tenants, including the Quilt Foundry. It is believed to be the area’s oldest factory structure still in commercial use.
Everywhere you look, you will find quilts on display at The Quilt Foundry!
